Dr.Qi Cheng received a B.E. in electrical engineering (with highest honor) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China in 1999.  From 2001-2006 she has been with the Data Fusion Group in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science of Syracuse University, where she received a M.S. and Ph.D. in 2003 and 2006, respectively. Before her graduate study, she worked as a System Engineer in Guoxin Lucent Technologies Network Technologies Co. Ltd. for one and a half years. She is currently an assistant professor and the Director of the Statistical Signal Processing Lab, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Oklahoma State University.

Her research interests include statistical signal processing and data fusion for wireless communications and ad hoc sensor networks.

Tao Wu Email: tao.wu@okstate.edu

Tao received a B.E. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Information Science from University of Science and Technology of China in 2003 and 2006, respectively. He joined the group in Fall 2006 and is currently working in the area of distributed signal processing in wireless sensor networks.

 

Hoa Dinh Nguyen Email: hoadn@okstate.edu

Hoa graduated from Hanoi University of Technology in 2000 and earned his master of engineering degree in 2002. From July 2000 to February 2004, Hoa worked for Vietnam Television Technology Investment and Development Company as a technician. His job was related to digital television technology. Since Feb. 2004, Hoa has worked as an expert at Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT). His mission in PTIT is to follow all research projects in field of networking and measurement standards in Telecommunications. Hoa joined the group in Fall 2007.

Raghavendra received a B.E. in Telecommunication Engineering from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University,  Bangalore,  India in 2006. Before starting his graduate study, he worked as a Software developer for INFOSYS Technologies Ltd. for a year. He joined the group in Spring 2008 and his research is focused on Spectrum Sensing Techniques for Cognitive Radios.

Swapnil received a B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Raigad, India in 2007. He joined Electrical Engineering Department at Oklahoma State University in Fall 2008 and the research group in Spring 2009. His research interest is the Cognitive Radio and the Spectrum Management.

I received a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2008. Later in spring 2009, I joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oklahoma State University as a Graduate Student. My major areas of interest are Signal Processing, Time Series Analysis, Communications and Information Theory. My current research is focused on Detection of Cyber Attacks, which have become a real significant threat for every organization nowadays. My other research interests include Cognitive Radio Networks.

Sowjanya received her B.E. degree from Anna University, Chennai, India in 2006. She worked as a software engineer with Accenture Services private ltd. for 1+ years . She joined OSU as a graduate student in Spring 2009 and the research group in Fall 2009. Her research interest is in spectrum mobility and spectrum management using cognitive radio.

  Bhargav Kollimarla (M.S., Nov. 2009)

Bhargav is a Master's student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Oklahoma State University starting Spring 2007. Bhargav has done his Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering in May 2006 from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University located in Hyderabad, India. His research interests include Cognitive radio and its tasks. Specifically, his researches are in the area of Spectrum sensing and transmit power control tasks.

 

Victor Selvaraj (M.S., Jul. 2008)

Victor received a B.S. in Electronics and communication Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India, 2006. He joined the group in Spring 2007. He is currently employed with Luminex Corporation.
